Shipping Information
Flat rate shipping of $6.99 applies to all orders under $99 to all our Continental U.S. customers (extra shipping will apply to Alaska and Hawaii). Most products ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx and will generally arrive within 2-7 business days. Please enter your shipping address carefully. If any address corrections are necessary after shipment customers will be charged the corrections fee.
Due to the much higher cost of shipping outside the United States, shipping costs will be charged to our international customers. As with all international orders there will be customs fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the customs fees upon delivery the product will get shipped back to us and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees. IMPORTANT: All packages must be opened and inspected within 48 hours of receipt to report damages and defects. This allows us to submit claims with our carrier and supplier.
Returns Information (all products except rings made in Ireland):
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 20 days from date of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. We will happily exchange, issue a refund, or credit your account minus original shipping charges (except in case of defect or damage - shipping charges refunded). Please email for a Return Authorization Number which must accompany your package.
All returned items must be packed carefully in their original boxing. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. please send United States Postal Service Insured, FedEx or UPS insured for the full value). Items returned that are not in the original condition they were sent will not be refunded. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are subject to delays.

At original purchase, shipping of your ring is $6.99, but if a ring is returned, shipping charges will apply including the shipping cost from Ireland (usually $15-$25). The shipping fees are deducted from the original purchase price.
